Our team is looking for an **Operations Manager – MRO** to join them. You will report to the **Director of Operations**and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, Fl. **To be considered for the Operations Manager – MRO** **opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:*** A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.* Direct knowledge of CFR 14 Part 145, and an FAA A&P licence or eligibility for a Repairman Certificate would be advantageous.* Strong understanding of avionics LRU and component maintenance.* Confident managing operational performance, developing teams, resolving conflict and driving improvement initiatives, while maintaining rigorous safety, quality and compliance standards.* Strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to interpret technical data, manuals and specifications are essential.* Comfortable working with ERP systems and using data to inform decisions.* Proven leadership experience within an aerospace MRO environment, ideally within a Part 145 Repair Station,* Be a people-focused leader who thrives in an environment of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. **As an Operations Manager – MRO, you will:*** Have full operational responsibility for assigned production cells within our FAA Part 145 Repair Station.* Ensure a constant state of operational readiness, making sure the right people, training, tooling, test equipment and technical data are in place to meet production plans and customer commitments.* Lead, coach and develop your teams, creating a safe, engaged and high-performing environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer and internal requirements.* Work closely with cross-functional partners and customers, drive continuous improvement, monitor business performance through clear metrics, and ensure delivery of products and services that meet quality, conformity and workmanship standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**Our Benefits:*** Comprehensive medical insurance* Competitive PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave* Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution* Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance)* Flexible working arrangements* Paid volunteering opportunities* Access to mental health champions across our sites* Commitment to development* Employee referral program *This is a safety-sensitive position and is subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing.* **#LI-Onsite** *EOE/Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran***Compensation Pay Range***Please click here to review Ontic's California Consumer Privacy Act policy.**Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
