Front Office Representative

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Front Office Representative responsible for managing patient interactions and ensuring the smooth operationof front desk activities. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying insurance coverage, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and their loved ones. Check in and check out patients. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Verify patient demographics and insurance coverage. Collect, scan, and import required documentation. Process and post patient payments. Perform front desk tasks as assigned by management. Handle referral management (experience is a plus). Maintain confidentiality with all patient information. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting. Knowledge of medical terminology. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Proficiency in computer software and systems. Ability to multitask and work in a high volume setting. Bilingual preferred but not required.
