Data & AI Program Analyst

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative or technical field such as AI & Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• We expect graduation between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Candidates must be authorized to work permanently in the United States.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Preferred: strong knowledge of machine learning and data science principles, including prompt engineering, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Preferred: proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
• Preferred: familiarity with data and artificial intelligence tools such as AWS, CoPilot, Snowflake, DataBricks, and LLMs.
• Preferred: understanding of data management and governance, including data platforms, pipelines, models, taxonomies, metadata, lineage, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Preferred: strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to design experiments and measure outcomes such as KPIs, uplift, and return on investment.
• Preferred: clear written and verbal communication skills to explain technical work to business stakeholders and collaborate across agile, cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: ability to translate business objectives into testable hypotheses and analytical plans, develop models and experiments, and communicate actionable recommendations.
