The Opportunity As Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating day‑to‑day production activities, ensuring operations are delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will drive performance, develop your team and contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of site operations. The Role Lead and coordinate daily production operations within a regulated manufacturing environment Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with COMAH and site standards Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Participate in HAZOP studies, risk assessments and incident investigations Ensure full compliance with Permit to Work and controlled operations systems Provide leadership, coaching and development to production team members Collaborate with engineering, EHS and wider teams to resolve operational issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability Support the introduction and development of new operational areas across site What We're Looking For Proven experience within chemical manufacturing or a similar high‑hazard process industry Strong understanding of Permit to Work systems and controlled operations Experience or exposure to HAZOP and process safety activities Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing or mentoring teams Proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills COMAH experience is desirable but not essential Flexibility to work a continental shift pattern This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to safety and operational excellence within a high‑hazard environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
