Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10:00 - 22:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience License: Active nursing license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience Description: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This position involves providing care to a diverse patient population. Common diagnoses include Respiratory Distress, Overdose, Heart Failure, Dialysis complications, and Hypertension. Patient ratios are flexible depending on acuity, generally 1:4-5. The unit is equipped with standard Emergency Department equipment including GE monitors. The role requires collaboration with a team-oriented attitude and a positive demeanor. Nursing visitors in the patient care space will be needed to support various patient needs. Candidates must have an Associate's degree in Nursing. Scrubs of any color are acceptable for the dress code.
