Join us!/ph3Purpose Of Job/h3pThe Office Associate effectively operates the front desk position for the distributorship, including phones, paperwork, and general accounting. This role performs all administrative duties supporting distributor operations./ph3Job Components/h3ulliAccurately maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable including auditing, paying and filing vendor invoices according to company policy and procedure, collections, preparing customer invoices, purchase orders and delivery tickets accurately and timely./liliPerform monthly, quarterly and year-end close efficiently, accurately and on schedule./liliVerify deposits are accurate and made on a timely basis./liliUpload and download handheld computer devices and process data according to a set schedule./liliProvide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone/liliSupports front counter retail as needed/liliMaintain dealer database./liliAssist with inventory count and research variances./liliAll other duties as assigned/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school graduate (or equivalent). Some college preferred./liliAt least one year of administrative support experience in a warehouse or retail environment/liliAt least one year of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including AP, AR and Collections./liliProficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel./liliMulti-line phone experience required./liliDemonstrated use of professional etiquette required./liliExcellent verbal communication skills are required./liliPrevious experience in a customer-facing role is required./liliAbility to multi-task, quickly transitioning from one function/task to the next./liliDemonstrates good organizational skills and can prioritize tasks/liliWorks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail/liliApproaches tasks with a sense of urgency/liliMust work effectively in a team environment/liliStrong data entry skills/li/ulh3Scope Data/h3ulliWorks under general supervision.
