As an Unarmed Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns. Monitor access to the distribution location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
