3rd Shift Warehouse Associate

Job Description We are in search for a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The Union Warehouse Worker will receive and put away product, pick and ship orders. Responsibilities Receive and put away inbound receipts from vendors. Pick outbound orders. Provide general warehouse labor support. Visually inspect products for defects, setting aside defective items on a skid for the rework department. Pack items in designated cartons per customer orders. Place identification labels on outbound shipments. Report discrepancies to supervisor. Additional duties or special projects as assigned. Qualifications Warehouse experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate. Forklift, reach trucks and other D/C equipment operation experience preferred, but willing to train. Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift up to 15-35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours. Push/pull 100 lbs. Ability to walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance frequently. Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this role is $21.50 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
