Security Supervisor

We are seeking security supervisors to work in a prestigious financial services company located in Brentwood, NY. This is a permanent placement opportunity. As the Shift Supervisor, you will be the first line supervisory contact for associates, vendors, and security officers. During the appointed shift, you’ll be directly responsible for the execution of duties by security staff. Multiple shifts available! Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Thursday & Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM + Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM-10:00 PM Friday & Saturday 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM + Monday & Tuesday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Pay starts at$67,600 per year. Shift Schedules and Differential Pay 2:00 PM shifts receivea 3.5% differential. 10:00PMshifts receive a 10% differential.. NOTE:Shifts are subject to change based on coverage and department needs. Must have flexibility. salary: $67,600 - $67,601 per year shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 2 PM education: High School Responsibilities Monitorand controlaccess into any facility or sensitive area within the facility Ensurethe safety of personnel as well as ensuring the assigned sites are secured via physical or electronic tours Responsible for the general administration of the central monitoring stationto include but not limited to the closed-circuit television (CCTV) system, the access control system (ACS), and the BMS/HVAC systems Responsible to ensure sites are following relevant audits, client audits, policies & procedures, and contractual obligations Investigate any incidents that occur and notify the proper organizational representatives of the incidents, and procedural breaches in security policies Responsible for maintaining all security documentation and acting as a training officer for assigned staff (including proprietary and contract staff) Essential Functions working weekends Skills Leading Supervising Security (3 years of experience is preferred) Verbal Communication Written Communication Phone Etiquette Filing Microsoft Office Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Teams Microsoft Access CPR Certification Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced About Randstad Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
