I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of three. I've spent 19 years in the insurance industry, with experience in recruiting, claims, and as a team member before becoming an agent. I always knew agency ownership was my goal. Outside of work, I'm a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan, love coaching my son's baseball team, volunteer at my children's school, and being a mom is my greatest joy. Being involved in the community is a big part of who I am. Whether it's through my children's school or local activities, I enjoy finding ways to give back and stay connected with the families we serve. Kelli Kerton - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
