Job Responsibilities Develop Tailored Treatment Strategies: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy plans to help them achieve their functional objectives. Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Apply evidence-based approaches to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic care. Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques that facilitate continued progress at home. Monitor and Document Progress: Track clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the path to success. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications. Licensure Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
