Typical Day of a Territory Sales Representative * You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided) * During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will...

• Build rapport with the property manager
• Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
• Educate on our services and book repairs
• Review sales routes, prepare calls, and perform minimal administrative tasks

Requirements

• Strong rapport skills and persistence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sales experience is preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Smart Phone

• Goal-oriented, self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn
• Enjoys connecting with people and working in a team environment
• Preference for candidates with property or facilities management backgrounds
• No prior sales experience required, we provide all training; however previous

sales experience is a plus

• Professional, caring, and service-minded
• Ready to thrive in a metrics-based, process-driven sales system
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation
• Territory Coverage Based out of West Orlando (Apopka, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter

Garden, Windermere, Celebration) * Strong communication skills — bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill. * Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
