Dinosaur Les Schwab Tire Center is seeking a skilled, hands-on problem solver to join our Price, UT shop as a full-time Experienced OTR Commercial Tire Technician and help get our customers safely back on the road! You'll complete in-shop work and roadside assistance, performing exceptional tire services and solving whatever problems come your way.

YOUR ROLE AS OUR EXPERIENCED OTR COMMERCIAL TIRE TECHNICIAN:
This role will keep you on your toes as you provide high-quality roadside and in-shop assistance. You'll service heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles, replacing flats and repairing tires when possible. Safety (yours and the customer's) will be a top priority, and you'll follow all safety protocols as you jack up vehicles, remove tires, install new ones, and ensure everything is balanced and aligned. You'll treat customers respectfully and check over the new tires to make sure everything is installed properly.
In order to do this, you'll need...
- Experience changing OTR tires and making repairs when appropriate
- Experience operating an OTR service boom truck
- Experience with foam filling, calcium pumping, and press work
- Experience running roadside service calls
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to frequently lift 35 lbs, occasionally lift 75 lbs, and regularly bend, twist, kneel, etc.
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- TIA certification - a bonus!
- CDL - a bonus!
