District Manager

District Manager of QSR Operations Due to unit growth, we need to add a District Manager. This is a very hands-on role, so I am looking for a leader experienced in leading 3-5 locations simultaneously with GM reports. I am not looking for someone whose background has been significantly larger than this. You must have QSR leadership in your recent background. District Manager Compensation:
- Competitive base salary up to 90 base.

- A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
- REQUIRES significant drive-through experience
- Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
- Hands-on leadership style, this is NOT an administrative role.
- Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.
