Powder Coat Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 to $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)
- Prepare metal parts by washing, hanging, and masking prior to powder coating
- Apply powder coat finishes using electrostatic spray equipment
- Cure coated parts in ovens and inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Perform light assembly, boxing, and movement of completed parts as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in a production shop environment
Powder Coat Qualifications:
- Direct powder-coating experience required in a manufacturing or metal-finishing environment.
- Proven ability to prep, spray, cure, and inspect powder-coated metal parts
- Experience operating powder coating equipment and curing ovens
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift, bend, and handle metal parts throughout the shift
- Reliability, experience, and quality work are essential
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
