Paint Technician / Paint Prep Specialist (Mobile Phone Refurbishing)

Join Our Growing Mobile Phone Refurbishing Team!

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable individual with painting experience —preferably someone experienced with paint sprayers —to join our smartphone refurbishment department.

This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing mobile phone housings to like-new condition.

Responsibilities:

Prepare mobile phone housings for painting
Sand, clean, mask, and prime components
Mix and apply coatings using HVLP or similar paint sprayers
Match colors and ensure high-quality finishes
Perform quality inspections before and after painting
Maintain paint booths, sprayers, and related equipment
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow company procedures for production and quality control

Qualifications:

Experience using paint sprayers (automotive, industrial, cabinetry, furniture, or similar)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with small, delicate parts
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Experience with sanding, masking, polishing, or refinishing is a plus
Experience repairing or refurbishing electronics is a bonus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
