Join Our Growing Mobile Phone Refurbishing Team!
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable individual with painting experience —preferably someone experienced with paint sprayers —to join our smartphone refurbishment department.
This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing mobile phone housings to like-new condition.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare mobile phone housings for painting
- Sand, clean, mask, and prime components
- Mix and apply coatings using HVLP or similar paint sprayers
- Match colors and ensure high-quality finishes
- Perform quality inspections before and after painting
- Maintain paint booths, sprayers, and related equipment
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow company procedures for production and quality control
Qualifications:
- Experience using paint sprayers (automotive, industrial, cabinetry, furniture, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with small, delicate parts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience with sanding, masking, polishing, or refinishing is a plus
- Experience repairing or refurbishing electronics is a bonus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
