Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance. Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service. Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to overall team success. Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to strengthen skills and product knowledge. Receive mentorship and support while growing within the company, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles. Qualifications and Attributes Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales. Prior experience in sales, leadership, or customer service is helpful but not required. Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided. Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace for client calls.
