We’re looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) who is positive, team-oriented, and passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience. What You’ll Do Provide outstanding clinical care and create a welcoming experience for our Patients Assist our Doctors with exams, procedures, and treatment appointments Take digital scans, X-rays, photographs, and other diagnostic records Assist with placing and removing orthodontic appliances, brackets, wires, and other treatment components Educate Patients and families on orthodontic treatment, oral hygiene, and appliance care Provide clear instructions and encouragement throughout the patient’s orthodontic journey Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared clinical environment Follow OSHA, infection control, and clinical protocols Work closely with the Doctors and clinical team to ensure appointments run smoothly Support and encourage your fellow Partners while contributing to a positive team environment Continue developing your clinical skills through training and continuing education What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, friendly, and patient-focused attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed A desire to learn, grow, and continue developing your orthodontic skills Previous orthodontic experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
