Warehouse Inventory Associate

As anInventory Associate, you will play a vital role inmaintaininginventory accuracy and supporting the efficient flow of products throughout the warehouse.You will help us achieve properinventory controlthrough cycle counts, audits, proper processing ofreturned merchandise,and bymaintainingaccurateinventory records.In this role, you will be empowered to improve processes, solve problems, and take ownership of your performance and contribution to the team. This job might be for you if: Maintainaccurateinventory records through cycle counts, audits, inventory adjustments, and system transactions. Receive, inspect, evaluate, and process returned merchandisein accordance withcompany policies and quality standards. Collaborate withWarehouse, Outlet, Showroom,and Customer Experience teams tomaintaininventory accuracy andidentifytrendsimpactinginventory performance. Support inventory control initiatives and recommend process improvements that reduce errors, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment in line with 5S. Track personal performance metrics and take ownership of meeting or exceeding daily productivity, quality, andaccuracyKPIs. Communicate clearly with leadership and peers to support a culture of transparency, accountability, and trust. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+yearof experience in warehouse, inventory control, fulfillment,logistics, or return operations (preferred but notrequired). Strong attention to detail with the ability toidentifydiscrepancies and solve problems effectively. Comfortable using inventory management systems, handheld scanners, and warehouse technology. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, goal-driven team environment. Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development. Able tolift upto 75 pounds, grasp, bend, stand, and walk throughout a non-climate-controlled warehouse for extended periods of time. Able to safelyoperatePIT equipment as needed for the task at hand (forklift). What's in it for you: What's in it for you?
