Vangarden Cannabis is seeking a Facilities Shift Lead to play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency. In this hands-on leadership position, you will support daily operations, manage maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate should have maintenance experience, knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and electrical systems, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
