Requirements:

• 2 years years of experience as a Physical Therapist

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years years of experience in Rehab

• Qualified applicants MUST have Valid Physical Therapist license and be willing to obtain Texas licensure

• Be willing to obtain Texas licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist license

Responsibilities:

As a healthcare professional in a Clinical facility...

• Provide Physical Therapist (PT) services in a Rehab setting, delivering individualized treatment plans to support patient mobility, strength, and functional outcomes.

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing therapy assessments, applying evidence-based PT techniques and documenting progress to support care coordination and goal attainment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams on rehabilitation plans, leveraging key industry keywords such as therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education.
