Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Crew Members

Job Overview

Join our team at Greenbriar Landscape and help create clean, well-maintained, and professional outdoor spaces. As a Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll work hands-on in the field maintaining lawns, landscapes, and properties to a high standard.

This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience, work outdoors, and grow within a fast-moving, professional landscaping company.

Responsibilities

Perform weekly lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
Maintain landscape beds through planting, pruning, trimming, and general care
Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools
Assist with landscape installations and minor hardscape work as needed
Inspect and maintain irrigation systems (basic troubleshooting/adjustments)
Support tree and shrub care with proper safety procedures
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Assist with snow removal operations during winter months

Qualifications / Skills

Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field preferred (not required)
Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to perform physical labor and lift equipment/materials
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
