Principal Clinical Data Manager

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Clinical Data Manager will oversee data management tasks from study start-up through database lock for clinical research projects, ensuring data quality and leading a team of Clinical Data Managers. Key responsibilities Manage data management tasks for mid-to-large complex clinical research projects, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Lead and train a team of Clinical Data Managers while promoting efficient operations and sharing best practices Consult with management to assist in project-specific training and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in clinical data management Thorough knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and clinical research regulations Experience leading project teams and strong technical leadership skills Expertise in clinical trial databases and applications, with a willingness to learn new technologies Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of mentoring and managing multiple project priorities
