Senior Litigation Paralegal

A busy trial litigation practice is seeking a seasoned Senior Litigation Paralegal with 5-7+ years of experience handling both Colorado state and federal cases. This role requires someone experienced with eDiscovery and supporting attorneys through all phases of complex litigation. Responsibilities Draft, file, and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery materials Conduct legal research and analyze case documents Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court staff Manage evidence and prepare exhibits for depositions and trial Maintain organized case records and calendars Qualifications Proven background in complex litigation Strong knowledge of court rules and procedures Excellent research, writing, and communication skills Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery and case management software Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO Hybrid schedule available This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal ready to take on meaningful responsibility and contribute to a high-performing legal team.
