Join our Airfreight Operational Care team and play a vital role in the execution and coordination of global air shipments. In this position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational activities, ensuring shipments move efficiently, meet customer requirements, and comply with industry regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver reliable, high-quality logistics solutions while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

How you create impact

• Coordinate end-to-end airfreight shipments, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Manage bookings with carriers, partners, and gateways while securing capacity and competitive rates
• Generate and process required shipping documentation in compliance with regulations
• Monitor shipments and proactively manage deviations, ensuring timely updates in systems
• Collaborate with Customer Care teams to align on customer requirements (transit times, routing, pricing)
• Review and clarify operational instructions to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational standards
• Maintain accurate operational and financial data within internal systems
• Work closely with carriers, vendors, warehouses, and customs teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor partner performance and escalate issues where service levels are not met
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and system utilization
• Support cost optimization and contribute to maximizing shipment profitability
• Assist in customer onboarding and ensure smooth transition from sales to operations
• Report operational issues, risks, and discrepancies to management in a timely manner

What we would like you to bring

• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in airfreight, logistics operations, or freight forwarding
• Knowledge of airfreight processes, regulations, and documentation requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
