Sales Director

We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in igniting the spirit and helping us take this community to new heights! What you’ll be doing Drive sales activities to achieve move-in goals and maximize occupancy. Coordinate all marketing plan events, from open houses to special themed evenings. Foster public relations and engage in community networking and outreach activities. Interact and build relationships with current and potential residents, and their loved ones. Manage responsibilities within budgetary guidelines and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize impact. What you’ll bring to the table Senior living experience is preferred. Sales is your calling; you work with seniors, are comfortable with cold calling, and know how to close. You are an empathetic, kind, and compassionate salesperson who values relationships and can navigate the wide range of emotions associated with big life decisions.
