About the Role

Zip Security's fastest-growing channel runs through trusted security and compliance partners, especially the vCISOs who advise companies on what to buy, when to buy it, and whom to trust. We're hiring our first Partner Marketing Manager to make Zip the #1 security partner those advisors want to work with . Zip's Partner team owns these relationships; you'll build the marketing engine around them: the programs, content, experiences, and communications that deepen partner engagement and make it easy and compelling for partners to introduce Zip to their clients. What we need from you is a deep understanding of how to build community, and either real familiarity with these professionals or the drive to learn what they value, how they work, and what earns their trust. Your north-star metric is growth in high-quality referrals from our partners .

What You Will Build at Zip Security

• Build the vCISO community. Run a steady rhythm of online and in-person touchpoints, like newsletters, updates, and outreach, so vCISOs connect with each other and with Zip. Welcome new partners with a smooth onboarding experience. Track engagement and help move members from newly joined to actively referring.
• Learn what our community cares about. Work side by side with the Partner Sales team, sit in on partner conversations, and talk directly with vCISOs about their challenges, their clients' needs, and what would make their jobs easier.
• Deliver value to vCISOs. Turn those insights into resources they want and will use with their own clients, like trend briefs, practical guides, templates, and timely takes on what's happening in cybersecurity.
• Produce community events. Handle logistics, invites, speakers, and follow-up for recurring fireside chats with vCISOs, security leaders, and customers, plus dinners, roundtables, and virtual events.
• Create partner enablement materials. Write and update the case studies, one-pagers, presentations, email copy, and landing pages vCISOs use to introduce Zip.
• Track and report on results. Keep HubSpot data clean, build reports that tie community programs, events, and content to introductions and pipeline, and share regular updates on what's working.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 5 years in community, partner marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, events, or a related B2B SaaS role.
• Hands-on experience building or running a community, or programs and events that build lasting relationships with an audience.
• Curiosity about vCISOs, security advisors, and compliance professionals, and the drive to learn what they value and what makes them engage.
• A habit of listening first. You turn conversations and feedback into programs and content people want.
• Strong project management skills. You can juggle events, content, and campaigns at once without dropping details.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Comfort working with internal teams and external partners. You'll work closely with Zip's Partner Sales team and directly with vCISOs.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience and comfort pulling and sharing reports.
• Experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance category is a plus.
