Outpatient TherapistJoin Our Caring Team! At our hospital, we provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a warm and supportive environment. Our facility offers a range of services for geriatric and adults, emphasizing personalized treatment and holistic wellness. Join a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in patients' lives while growing your professional skills in a collaborative and enriching setting.How You Will Make a DifferenceProvide IOP, PHP group, and family sessions using CBT/DBT/trauma-informed approaches.Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes.Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate.Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience.Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.Handle IOP and PHP groups.What We're Looking ForBachelors or Master's degree with state license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).Experience with SUD, co-occurring, or severe mental illness preferred.Strong group therapy etiquette and documentation skills.Why You'll Love It Here (Full-Time Benefits)Multiple medical plan options, Vista Wellness (physician/pharmacy), Dental, VisionGenerous PTO and paid holidays401(k) with company contribution; Life and disability coverageTuition reimbursement up to $15,000 and student loan forgiveness programsThe New Vista mission: Inspiring Hope, Restoring Peace of Mind, Healing Lives.At New Vista, our passionate and highly trained team of professionals inspires hope and delivers holistic care to those in need of behavioral health services in a contemporary and healing environment – one that is conducive to providing the life skills needed to regain stability and independence.
