LPN Unit Manager & Staffing Lead (Skilled Nursing)

Legacy Health Care

Avantara Mountain View is seeking a dedicated LPN Unit Manager and Staffing Coordinator to lead the unit operations and nursing department scheduling. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure high-quality care, and uphold infection prevention standards in a supportive environment.

The role requires an active SD LPN license, CPR, and 2+ years of LPN experience (5+ preferred to lead the nursing department). Competitive wages and growth opportunities are highlighted in our benefits package.
