Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Parker, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and education to improve mobility and reduce pain. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to achieve goals. Educate patients and their families on continued care and injury prevention. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate preferred). Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Colorado. Strong understanding of orthopedic manual therapy and sports medicine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
