Marketing Intern

Key Areas of Responsibility: Support planning and execution of domestic and international tradeshows and events Assist with preparation, organization, and distribution of marketing and promotional materials Manage inventory and coordination of giveaway and branded items Provide in-office operational support (printing, shipping, material preparation, supply coordination) Assist in developing event support materials and presentations Contribute to marketing campaign execution across print and digital channels Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) Junior or Senior at a university/college Major related to events, marketing, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well organized with attention to detail Ability to prioritize in a changing environment Availability to work a minimum 3 full work days a week (24 hours a week) in Melbourne office Ability to represent the company in a customer-facing environment with professionalism, including appropriate dress and a positive attitude Interest in working within a global organization, with curiosity and openness to learning about different cultures and international markets #J-18808-Ljbffr
