Manufacturing - Scale Operator Lv1

Job Description: Schedule: 2 weeks on dayshift and 2 weeks on nightshift (12 hours per day); overtime available approximately 6-8 hours OT. 1 week worker will work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. The 2nd week they will work Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Dayshift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Responsibilities: Operate the scale in an accurate, efficient manner with superior customer service. Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain. Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors. Be an involved/engaged member of a team. Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include scale room, office building, breakroom, etc. Problem solve and make decisions as needed. Work effectively in a team environment. Requirements: Must be able to operate mobile equipment. Comfortable working with heights around 30 feet. Work in all weather conditions. Lifting up to 50 lbs.
