job summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI-Enabled Java Full Stack Engineering Lead to drive the delivery of high-performing, scalable software solutions. In this role, you will lead technical efforts from concept to production, integrating artificial intelligence tools, microservices, and modern user experiences into complex systems.

responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain scalable backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot alongside modern web frontend applications.
• Implement AI-driven features, automated workflows, intelligent agents, and Generative AI solutions.
• Design robust REST and gRPC APIs to facilitate seamless inter-service communication and platform growth.
• Champion modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observational logging.

qualifications:
12+ years of professional software engineering experience centered on Java and full-stack development.

Demonstrated hands-on experience integrating Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI components into applications.

Strong expertise with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and API design.

Ability to work hybrid onsite (3 days per week) in Sunnyvale, CA.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

Proven background serving as a technical lead, building reusable development frameworks and accelerators.

Familiarity with AI-assisted software delivery and automated testing frameworks.
