Process Operator

Operator - 3rd Shift

The role of an Operator on the 3rd shift involves operating and maintaining fermentation tanks and various food production machinery. This includes packaging machinery, labelers, vats, dryers, and conveyor systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the sanitation of equipment, accurately weighing or counting products, checking materials in and out, and completing Disassembly, Clean, Reassembly (DCRs) efficiently. Additionally, you will perform minor quality inspections, print labels accurately, and record data on manufactured products.

Operate and maintain fermentation tanks and food production machinery.

Perform sanitation duties for equipment.

Weigh and count products accurately.

Check materials in and out accurately.

Complete Disassembly, Clean, Reassembly (DCRs) safely and efficiently.

Print labels accurately.

Conduct minor quality inspections of products.

Record data of the product being manufactured.

Experience in fermentation, formulation, and sterile processing.

Experience in food manufacturing.

1+ year of LOTO experience.

1+ year experience operating production machinery in a GMP environment.

1+ year experience in sanitation duties.

1+ year packaging experience.

Skills in documentation review and quality inspection.

Understanding of aseptic processes.

Ability to record production data accurately.

Work in a climate-controlled GMP environment during the 3rd shift, which runs from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Voluntary overtime of up to 5 hours may be available. Adhere to safety protocols which include wearing safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, pants without holes, and appropriate hair and beard nets. Pay is $23.50-$24.50.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
