Senior .NET Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior .NET Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. You will lead technical architecture, mentor development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable .NET application architectures. Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams. Develop enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET 6/7/8. Design and optimize SQL Server databases and application performance. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to define technical solutions. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. Mentor junior and mid-level developers. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches. Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability requirements. Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution. Required Skills 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. Experience with .NET Core/.NET 6+. Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and performance tuning. Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools. Knowledge of software design patterns and SOLID principles. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Microsoft certifications (such as Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect, or .NET‑related certifications) are a plus. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus. Knowledge of React, Angular, or Blazor is a plus. Microsoft Azure certifications are an advantage. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
