Senior Financial Analyst
Join a leading real estate investment and development company as a Senior Financial Analyst in Bronx, NY. This full-time, onsite role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within commercial and healthcare property settings. Candidates should have expertise in financial analysis and generic technology skills.
Location: Bronx, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time - Mon-Thu, 08:00am-05:00pm and Fri, 08:00am-03:00pm
Compensation: Pay Range: $125,00-$140,000 Per Year
Oversee accounting and financial reporting for assigned entities. Prepare and review financial statements and ownership reporting. Manage tenant billing and lease administration activities. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Coordinate accounting for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. Review loan agreements for compliance and prepare lender reports. Guide and mentor accounting staff, ensuring process improvements.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 7-10 years of commercial property accounting experience. Advanced skills in generic accounting software and spreadsheets. CPA preferred.
