Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine), you will join Dignity Health Medical Group-Sierra Nevada in Grass Valley, CA. You will provide outstanding primary care to adult patients, with a particular focus on those with complex medical needs. You'll leverage a robust referral network for seamless specialist access and partner with highly trained, competent, and caring support staff in a practice where teamwork and genuine appreciation for healthcare providers are paramount. Your employment will be through our medical foundation, aligning you with Dignity Health's high standards of care within a physician-led, professionally managed practice. To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with strong clinical acumen in adult primary care, including managing medically complex cases. You will possess a collaborative spirit, a patient-centered approach, and a desire to contribute positively to both your practice and the wider community. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care to adult patients, with an emphasis on managing chronic conditions and complex medical cases. Effectively utilize and coordinate care within a strong local referral system to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of support staff to maintain efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience. Actively contribute to a physician-led practice environment, upholding standards of excellence and fostering a culture of teamwork and community appreciation.
