Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Overview Likewize is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will support finance functions through detailed analysis, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will work on projects that drive growth and profitability. Location Southlake, Texas – onsite at the global headquarters. Key Responsibilities Support FP&A, Treasury, and Investor Relations by analyzing financial results, cash flow trends, and forecasting models. Create monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis and balance sheet support. Participate in financing activities and craft investor presentations for executive‑level reviews. Enhance recurring financial reports by standardizing, simplifying, and improving them. Respond to ad‑hoc requests with curiosity and innovation. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to keep deliverables on track and solve data issues. Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects that enable smarter business decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in finance or a related role. Advanced Excel skills with ability to handle large data sets. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Self‑starter in a fast‑paced environment, able to navigate ambiguity. Attention to detail and professionalism. Preferred Skills Experience with Hyperion Financial Planning. Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
