Capone’s Underground Inc. is not your average hospitality company. Based in Orlando, Florida, we’re redefining entertainment and dining with our modern speakeasy-theater experience. we’re building on the rich legacy of the Capone’s Dinner Show, which has been a staple in the community since 1992. At Capone’s Underground, we blend immersive dining with live entertainment to create a one-of-a-kind experience for our guests.
What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing delicious dishes that complement our unique entertainment experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assisting with inventory and restocking as needed.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a culinary professional who’s ready to bring their skills to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to quality and consistency in every dish.
- Positive Attitude: Passion for food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences.
