Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, identifying any limitations and functional impairments that impact their daily lives.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the individual needs of each patient, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life, ensuring that interventions are tailored to effectively address specific orthopedic issues.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate multifaceted patient care and optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, therapeutic options, and injury prevention strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring continuity of care and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Integrative Manual Therapy and Wellness, you will primarily work with patients suffering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
