招聘辦公室助理（Medical Insurance Office Assistant) 【招聘岗位】：辦公室助理（Medical Insurance Office Assistant) 可選
全職（每週 5個全日）
兼職（每週 2-4個全日，不設上下午班）
試用期：三個月
【辦公地點】：
三藩市唐人街
- 一至週五：10am-4pm
- 六：10am-4pm *10月-12月
【岗位描述】：
協助客人理解中英文信件內容（客戶多數為65歲以上年長者）
查詢資料、建立線上帳戶、協助線上購物
撥打及接聽電話，與客人預約時間，並協助客人聯絡相關部門處理問題
更新及整理客人個人資料，確保資訊準確
協助處理日常事務及其他臨時指派工作
應徵條件：
流利粵語和普通話
基本英語聽說寫
懂其他語言者優先（如台山話、越南文、西班牙文等）
基本電腦操作（如建立 email、使用Google ，word，excel等）細心、有耐心、責任感強
基本客服能力，學習能力強
團隊成員多為年輕人士，工作氣氛活潑，歡迎初入職場或具有1-5年相關工作經驗者
