Corporate Attorney
LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York, is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to assist their team on a contract basis. This role is full-time hours and hybrid flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and writing diligence memos
- Assisting with M&A, financings, and other transactions
- Preparing closing checklists and documents
- Advising on corporate matters
- Conducting legal research
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recent corporate and M&A experience in a law firm
- New York License preferred
- Excellent drafting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $100 and $125 per hour, depending on experience.
