Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a family medicine residency accredited program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Preferences include BLS and ACLS certifications.
