PRN Opportunities Available Join our team at a beautifully renovated 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitative facility in Fayetteville, NC. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach. Our clinical team works closely with nursing, physicians, physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and restorative nursing aides to meet the needs of our residents. This facility specializes in post-acute rehabilitation for short-stay recovery, utilizing evidence-based interventions in a supportive and team-focused environment.

Position Highlights:

• Provide evidence-based evaluations and therapeutic interventions for both post-acute and long-term care residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
