This person would also be the point person for NADCAP certifications. The candidate will work in a job shop environment, and the position is fully in-person (no remote work). Candidates must have knowledge of the Plating industry and direct experience with metal finishing and/or plating.The ideal candidate will excel at:Customer focus and solutions orientation;Attention to detail;Time management skills;Effective communication with coworkers and customers;Adaptability and effective multitasking;Understanding and following written work instructions and mathematical equations that apply to the field.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate corrective actions (internal and external);Monitor and audit production practices to ensure all operations are in compliance with all certifications and customer requirements;Coordinate with operations staff regarding issues that need attention related to quality and customer services;Set up external/internal audit schedules and perform audits;Generate analysis to assist in continuous improvement.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
