This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a high-impact portfolio of organizational projects, ensuring operational excellence, and translating strategic vision into actionable execution plans.This role requires being in the office 3 days/week on Tues - Thurs. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.This role manages a team of project and program management leaders focusing on resource optimization, process improvement and transformation. The ideal candidate is an analytical, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of scaling PMO practices, managing complex cross-functional portfolios, and influencing stakeholders across the organization.What you'll do:Build and instill project / program rigor for the team including a standardized intake and prioritization model, presentation templates, reporting and PM tools.People Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of PM leaders (Managers/Senior PMs); drive workload distribution based on team capacity and business prioritization.Plan and manage projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.Distribute workload based on employee bandwidth, capability, and business prioritizationDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and create implementation plans to increase efficiency and guarantee quality delivery.Prepare detailed executive reports on project status, performance, and key metrics.Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.What experience you need:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred.7+ years of project management experience, with several years in a leadership role (e.g., Director or Senior PMO role).Experience creating and managing detailed project plans.Experience in developing and presenting reports to executive leadership.Things that would set you apart:Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) is strongly preferred; PgMP or PfMP is a plus.Proven experience leading Agile transformationsSkills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, risk management, and communication skills.Technology: Proficient in project management software (e.g Jira, ServiceNow)We offer comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k matching, paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.Are you ready to power your possible?
