Adoption Event Team Lead (Prosper, TX or Plano, TX)

Our Adoption Event Team Leads serve to create a collaborative spirit with the volunteer support team. The Event Team Leads commit to 1-2 Saturday or Sunday each month from 11:15a-3p at our Prosper location or 12noon-3:30pm at our Plano location. During this time, the Adoption Center is cleaned - including the cat cages and floors. The Event Team Lead is responsible for completing the daily checklist and ensuring the tasks that were not done Saturday are completed on Sunday. In addition, the Event Team Lead emails the the Senior and Foster Team with details of their day including tasks completed and adoptions. But most importantly, the weekend days are when the cats and kittens get a lot of play time and socialization. Time out of their cages to be held and loved on is priority. While being a Event Team Lead is a big job - it’s very rewarding. Especially when you complete an adoption and see a kitty head off to their loving forever home.

1 shift available:

Prosper: We arrive early to setup at 11:15am. The event opens to the public at 12noon.
Plano: We arrive early to setup at 12noon. The event opens to the public at 12:30pm
