Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We're Hiring an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide on-site psychotherapy services in Nursing Homes. Qualifications Active LCSW license in the state of NY Active NPI number required Active drivers license preferred (to travel to the facility) Clinical and documentation skills Ability to work independently Experience with psychotherapy, depression, anxiety, dementia related behaviors, and adjustment disorders preferred SNF / Long Term Care experience preferred but not required Experience with EMR system is a plus Credentialed with payer network (or willingness to become credentialed) Compensation Expected compensation ranges from approximately $60-$120+ per clinical encounter depending on payer mix, CPT code, clinical experience, and visit complexity. Provider will benefit from a strong referral flow, flexible scheduling, consistent facility based caseloads, and administrative support including credentialing, scheduling coordination, and billing assistance.
