Compliance Analyst

Position Summary Job Title: Compliance Analyst Reports To: Sr Director, Corporate Compliance Location: Austin, Texas The Compliance Analyst will be well‑versed in all of the guidelines and regulations pertaining to Enovis’ compliance program, including HCP Interactions, Anti‑Bribery/Anti‑Corruption, Third‑Party Management, Commercial Practices, and Transparency & Reporting. Key Responsibilities Ensure HCP engagements are aligned with company policies and procedures, including: Assess annual needs for HCP consulting services Qualify HCPs for contracting Conduct fair‑market value analysis and manage exceptions Handle HCP contracting and engagement for specific activities Track HCP activity reporting and payments Administer an automated workflow tool for managing HCP interactions, providing training, guidance, troubleshooting, and reporting Review, approve, and manage funding requests for: Commercial sponsorships Fellowship grants Educational grants Charitable contributions Charitable product donations Serve as a collaborative, customer‑centric business partner to provide solutions and continually enhance compliance processes and systems Conduct regulatory analysis and monitoring, staying abreast of industry regulations, laws, and standards, and assess their impact on the organization Support policy development and implementation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and communicating changes to stakeholders Develop and deliver compliance training programs, and provide ongoing education to employees Support and expand monitoring programs to detect and prevent compliance violations, and prepare and present regular reports on compliance metrics to management Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and facilitating audit processes, and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings Travel Willingness to travel up to 25% to various offices globally.
