Clinical Pharmacist I

As a Clinical Pharmacist I at MedStar Health, you will deliver patient-centered clinical pharmacy services within a leading not-for-profit healthcare system serving the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. In this hospital-based role, you will review and verify medication orders, optimize pharmacotherapy, and ensure safe, evidence-based medication use for diverse patient populations. You will participate in interdisciplinary rounds, perform medication reconciliation, provide patient counseling, and compound medications in accordance with regulatory and institutional standards. Working in MedStar’s collaborative, mission-driven environment, you will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, educate staff and learners, and support research and innovation that advance clinical excellence and compassionate care across the community.
